Given the nature of digital products that are instantly downloadable upon purchase, there is no “trial” or “grace period” offered for subscriptions or products. This means all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, it cannot be “returned.” Therefore, refunds are not available unless we make changes to our terms that negatively impact you. In such cases, a pro-rata refund will be provided for any full unused months, which you agree to before purchasing any product from our site.
Please ensure you thoroughly read the product description before making a purchase. Additionally, no refunds will be issued if your access to private storage is revoked. Subscription renewals are non-refundable. All tools are provided “as is” upon download from the author. Arnsolutions.store does not offer activation keys or technical support for the purchased tools, as these are not included under the General Public License. Any content protected by activation keys is determined by the original author, which may fall outside the General Public License. As a result, lack of access to content tied to an activation key or the absence of technical support does not qualify for a refund.
Refund Requests
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but typically, we are not required to issue a refund if:
You decide you no longer want the item;
You accidentally subscribed;
You request a refund as a gesture of goodwill;
You don’t have the technical skills to use the item properly;
The item is no longer available for download because it has been removed from our website;
You violated our fair use policy.
